About THe Owner/Editor
With a background as a librarian and a passion for empowering others through knowledge, I offer a unique blend of technical expertise and retail experience in tabletop selling and product knowledge.
As a gift registry consultant at a major department store, I guided customers in selecting the perfect dinnerware, crystal, flatware, and gifts for special occasions. This experience revealed the challenges retail associates face in delivering exceptional service and the importance of product training and brand awareness.
I am creating an online training platform to address this need by combining my information skills with my tabletop industry expertise. My mission is to empower retail sales associates with the knowledge to sell luxury tabletop products confidently, build brand awareness, and enhance customer experiences.
