TabletopAdviser.com is an engaging training platform designed to empower sales associates with expert knowledge and practical resources.
We currently offer free training tools for retail staff, with comprehensive paid courses launching in phases from Summer 2025 through Spring 2026. Our mission is to support small business owners and retail managers in building confident, customer-ready teams.
About THe Owner/Editor
With a background as a librarian and a passion for empowering others through knowledge, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on retail experience in the tabletop industry.
As a former gift registry consultant at a major department store, I had the privilege of helping customers choose the perfect dinnerware, crystal, flatware, and gifts for life’s special moments.
This experience opened my eyes to a common challenge: many retail associates lacked the training and brand knowledge needed to provide exceptional, confident service.
To bridge that gap, I’m building an online training platform that combines my information skills with my tabletop industry expertise. My mission is to equip retail sales associates with the knowledge and confidence to sell luxury tabletop products, strengthen brand awareness, and create memorable customer experiences.
